Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our US-based senior leadership team. This role requires working during evening hours to align with US schedules, ensuring smooth operations, efficient communication, and seamless coordination of leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for US-based senior leadership, managing emails, calls, and internal correspondence.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to support leadership decisions.

  • Liaise with internal teams to track project progress and ensure timely completion.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

  • Organize travel, accommodations, and logistics for leadership as required.

  • Manage internal budgets, expenses, and reimbursements accurately.

  • Provide administrative support including document management, filing, and data entry.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by senior personnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Flexibility to work evening hours (6 PM – 3 AM PKT).

  • Previous experience supporting US-based personnel is a plus.
