Role Overview
The Team Lead – Marketing & Outreach will oversee both traditional marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives in USA market. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and outreach execution. The individual will be responsible for aligning marketing performance with patient enrollment outcomes, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving sponsor visibility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Campaigns
    • Lead paid and organic campaigns across Meta, Google, SEO, and branding channels.
    • Monitor CPL, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
    • Collaborate with sponsors to secure marketing budgets and optimize ROI.
  • Outreach Strategy
    • Design and execute outreach plans across sites, including mosques, churches, senior centers, community events and community hubs.
    • Partner with vendors to expand lead flow.
    • Ensure culturally adapted messaging to build trust with underserved populations.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise marketing associates and outreach coordinators.
    • Provide structured SOPs, training, and performance KPIs.
    • Foster collaboration with PED dialers and medical coordinators to align lead flow with randomization targets.
    • Supervise the team of Graphic Designers.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Work with Business Analytics to develop dashboards (enrollment, leads vs. conversion, randomization).
    • Ensure visibility into campaign performance and outreach impact.
    • Present monthly reports to management and sponsors.
  • Innovation & Integration
    • Collaborate with IT and CRM teams to integrate AI‑driven tools.
    • Explore new recruitment channels and digital partnerships.
    • Support conferences and branding initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, outreach, or patient recruitment (clinical research/USA market preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
