Company: Minerva Research Solutions
Department: Patient Enrollment Department (PED)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Shift: Evening Shift / US Market Aligned
Employment Type: Full-Time

About Minerva Research Solutions

Minerva Research Solutions is a clinical research organization supporting clinical studies and patient enrollment initiatives. Our Patient Enrollment Department focuses on identifying, engaging, screening, and enrolling eligible participants for clinical studies, primarily supporting studies targeting the United States market.

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can develop and optimize digital patient recruitment campaigns and generate high-quality leads for ongoing clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns for clinical study patient recruitment.

  • Develop campaigns targeting potential clinical study participants across the U.S. market.

  • Manage platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant digital advertising channels.

  • Develop and optimize lead-generation campaigns, landing pages, forms, and conversion funnels.

  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for qualified patient leads rather than simply lead volume.

  • Analyze key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, and enrollment conversion.

  • Work closely with the PED, patient recruitment, screening, and clinical operations teams to understand recruitment requirements.

  • Translate clinical study requirements and target patient profiles into effective marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, and creative testing.

  • Identify the most effective channels, audiences, creatives, and messaging for individual clinical studies.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.

  • Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure marketing spend is aligned with recruitment objectives.

  • Maintain awareness of applicable healthcare, advertising, and clinical research communication requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns and generating measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of the U.S. digital market and U.S. audience behavior.

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to campaign optimization.

  • Experience with lead-generation funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and performance metrics.

Preferred / Plus

The following will be considered a strong advantage:

  • Experience in clinical trial patient recruitment or healthcare marketing.

  • Medical, pharmacy, biotechnology, life sciences, or clinical research background.

  • Previous experience working with U.S. healthcare or clinical research organizations.

  • Understanding of clinical trials and patient recruitment processes.

  • Experience marketing clinical studies or other healthcare services in the U.S.

  • Familiarity with patient recruitment platforms, CRM systems, tracking tools, and marketing automation.

  • Experience working with compliance-sensitive healthcare advertising.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping PED build a predictable and scalable patient recruitment funnel:

Digital Campaign → Qualified Patient Lead → Screening → Eligible Patient → Enrollment

The primary focus will be on quality, scalability, cost efficiency, and ultimately supporting patient enrollment, rather than simply generating large volumes of leads.

Working Hours

Evening Shift, aligned with U.S. market activity.

The candidate should be comfortable working during evening hours to effectively monitor and optimize campaigns targeting U.S. audiences.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Qualified patient leads generated

  • Cost per qualified lead

  • Lead-to-screening conversion

  • Screening-to-enrollment conversion

  • Cost per enrolled patient

  • Campaign ROI / efficiency

  • Campaign scalability

  • Quality and accuracy of reporting

  • Continuous improvement in campaign performance

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who combines performance marketing expertise with an understanding of healthcare/clinical research.

A candidate who has experience in U.S. healthcare marketing, clinical trial recruitment, or patient acquisition will be highly preferred.

If you are a data-driven marketer who understands that successful clinical recruitment is about finding the right patients, not just generating clicks and leads, we would like to hear from you.
