Role Overview
This role focuses on culture-building, employee well-being, grievance management, and capability development across teams. The ideal candidate brings both empathy and structure, has prior experience in regulated environments (preferably healthcare or life sciences), and can be a culture custodian across departments.
Key Responsibilities
🌟 Culture & Organizational Values
Cultivate a high-trust, inclusive, and learning-oriented culture.
Organize employee engagement initiatives tailored to clinical and support teams.
Ensure company values are reflected in team behaviors, rituals, and recognition practices.
⚖️ Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Act as a confidential point of contact for all grievance-related matters.
Resolve interpersonal or departmental issues with fairness, empathy, and discretion.
Coach team leads and managers on positive communication and people-first conflict resolution.
📘 Learning & Development (L&D)
Design and execute structured L&D programs based on role-specific needs (e.g., compliance, communication, leadership).
Collaborate with QA and Ops teams to embed continuous learning into SOPs.
Onboard external trainers or create in-house sessions to upskill both research and support staff.
📈 Talent Development & Training
Assess training needs through TNA, feedback loops, and performance data.
Introduce mentorship and growth planning strategies to improve team retention and productivity.
Develop an internal training calendar and manage training effectiveness reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Certification in L&D or OD is a plus).
4–8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a regulated or clinical environment.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
High emotional intelligence with a proven ability to manage sensitive situations.
Familiarity with ISO compliance, audit-readiness, or regulated HR practices is a plus.
